Diablo 3: Letters to B #2

To B,

It upsets me to hear A is ill. Tell him I wish him well. Much has happened since I last wrote. I have destroyed a great evil called the Skeleton King. He was once the beloved ruler of Tristram, before he became mad. Diablo whispered in his ear, and Leoric, for that was his name, could not control his actions anymore. I searched the cathedral the fallen star fell into, and learned that is was not a star, but a man. He remembers nothing, save a blinding flash of light, and a sword. We have been searching for the sword, and have already found the first of three pieces. It was held by a witch, named Maghda. Her parting words were a riddle. She said the second piece had fallen where only ancients may tread. We are trying to unlock the location of the sword within the riddle. I hope we do it sooner, rather than later, for the dead are becoming more of a threat each passing day. Wish me well.
